These Terms of Service govern your use of coyotestickers.com and your purchase of Mag Seals and other products from Coyote Stickers LLC ("Coyote Stickers," "we," "us," or "our"), centrally located in the Midwest. Mag Seals is a brand of Coyote Stickers LLC. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy, our Refund and Reprint Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

Who can order

Anyone may order from us. Customers under 18 may order with a parent's or guardian's permission, using their own card or digital wallet or a parent's. Card shops, breakers, dealers, and other businesses are welcome to buy our seals, including to brand the cards they sell.

Your artwork

When you upload artwork, logos, text, or images in our online builder or send them to us, you confirm, through the copyright agreement in the builder and by placing your order, that you own that artwork or have permission to print and use it. This includes any trademarks, team or brand logos, characters, and images of people. You keep ownership of your artwork. You give Coyote Stickers LLC permission to use and reproduce it as needed to print, ship, and support your orders and any reorders you request. Unless you ask us not to, you also give Coyote Stickers LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to show photos and images of finished seals made with your artwork in our marketing, including print materials, social media, and our website. To opt out, email jenny@coyotestickers.com or note it with your order, and we will not feature your work going forward.

Orders we may decline or cancel

Coyote Stickers LLC may refuse or cancel any order, including one that appears to violate these Terms, infringe on the rights of others, or contain harassing, offensive, or explicit content. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and taxes.

Proofs, printing, and quality control

The preview in our online builder is your proof. By checking out, you approve it, and we print what it shows. Please review spelling, placement, size, finish, and quantity before you order. Every order goes through quality control before it ships. Small differences in color and placement between the screen and the printed seal are normal. Reprints for customer errors, such as typos or low-quality artwork in your upload, may cost extra.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the store and may change without notice. The price at checkout applies to your order. We accept the payment methods offered at checkout. If a price or product description on our site contains an error, we may correct it and cancel the affected order with a full refund.

Shipping, cancellations, and refunds

Shipping timelines, carrier delays, lost packages, cancellations, changes, misprints, and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and our Refund and Reprint Policy. Delivery times are not guaranteed once a package is with the carrier.

Reorders and artwork storage

We save your artwork on file for the life of the business so you can reorder by order number. We do not guarantee permanent storage if technical issues, limitations, or data loss occur, so please keep your own copies. We will delete your artwork on request.

Using our site

You agree not to use our site or products for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code, to interfere with the site's operation, or to copy or resell our site content, designs, or photography without our written permission. These Terms are separate from the seals you buy, which you are free to use and resell.

Disclaimers

Our products are warranted only as described in our Refund and Reprint Policy. Otherwise, our site and products are provided "as is," to the fullest extent permitted by law, without other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coyote Stickers LLC and its members, managers, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coyote Stickers LLC and its members, managers, and employees from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from the artwork you submit, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of others.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and applicable federal law of the United States.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver. We may update these Terms by posting changes on this page, and continued use of our site after changes are posted means you accept them.
