Coyote Stickers LLC ("Coyote Stickers," "we," "us," or "our") operates coyotestickers.com and makes Mag Seals, custom branding seals for magnetic one-touch card holders and toploaders. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our site, design seals in our online builder, place an order, or contact us, and how we use it.

The short version

We collect only what we need to print, ship, and support your orders. We do not use advertising or tracking tools, and we do not sell or share your personal information.

Information we collect

- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses.

- Order details: what you ordered, quantities, prices, order numbers, and order history.

- Payment details: payments are processed through Shopify's checkout and our payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card number.

- Artwork: logos, images, and files you upload to the builder, your design choices, and your confirmation of the builder's copyright agreement.

- Messages: anything you send us by email.

- Email preferences: your email address if you sign up for our emails.

- Basic technical information: information Shopify collects automatically to run the store, such as browser type, device, and IP address.

How we use it

- To print, quality check, and ship your seals, and to send order confirmations and tracking

- To process payments and prevent fraud

- To save your artwork for reorders

- To answer your questions and resolve order issues

- To send marketing emails, only if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of these emails.

- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

Cookies and analytics

Our store uses only the essential cookies Shopify needs to run the site, such as keeping items in your cart and completing checkout, and Shopify's built-in store analytics, which show us basic information about store visits and sales. We do not use the Meta pixel, Google Analytics, advertising networks, or any other third-party tracking or advertising tools. If you block cookies in your browser, the cart and checkout may not work. We do not sell or share your personal information

Coyote Stickers LLC does not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We disclose it only to the service providers we need to fulfill your order:

- Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout, and the apps that run inside our Shopify store, including our online builder (see shopify.com/legal/privacy)

- Payment processors, to complete your payment

- Shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL), to deliver your order

- Our email service, to send order and marketing emails

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Your artwork

We use your artwork to print and ship your orders, print reorders, and support you. We may also feature finished seals made with your artwork in our marketing, including print materials, social media, and our website. If you would prefer that your work not be shared, let us know at jenny@coyotestickers.com or in your order notes, and we will not feature it. We never use your contact or payment details in this way.

How long we keep information

We save your artwork on file for the life of the business so you can reorder by order number. We cannot guarantee permanent storage if technical issues, limitations, or data loss occur, so please keep your own copies of your files. We will delete your artwork on request. We keep order records as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or email is completely secure. Please do not email us sensitive information such as card numbers.

Your privacy rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, including your saved artwork. Email jenny@coyotestickers.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep information the law requires us to retain. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

If you live outside the United States

If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another region with similar laws, you also have the right to object to or restrict our use of your information, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We process your information to fulfill your order, for our legitimate business interests such as preventing fraud, to meet legal obligations, and, for marketing emails, with your consent. Your information is stored and processed in the United States by us and our service providers.

Children

Customers under 18 may buy seals with a parent's or guardian's permission, using their own card or digital wallet or a parent's. Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email jenny@coyotestickers.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the date above.
